DMCoPilot ("we", "us", "our") is a Chrome extension operated by Unfair Advantage Ltd. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What data we collect
Account data: Your email address, used to create and manage your account.
LinkedIn profile data: When you save a prospect or complete onboarding, we scrape publicly visible LinkedIn profile information (name, headline, about section, experience, location). This data is stored to generate contextual message drafts.
LinkedIn message content: When you open a LinkedIn thread, we read the visible message content in that thread to provide drafting context. Messages are stored in our database for up to 90 days.
Your own LinkedIn profile: During onboarding, we scrape your own LinkedIn profile and recent posts to build a writing style profile used to personalise draft generation.
Usage data: We log each AI generation request (number of tokens, estimated cost, playbook used). This is used to enforce usage limits and monitor service health. No message content is logged in these records beyond what is needed to generate and store the draft.
Payment data: Subscription payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card details. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your LinkedIn login credentials or session cookies.
We do not access LinkedIn data beyond what is visible on screen while you are using the extension.
We do not track your browsing activity outside of LinkedIn.
How we use your data
To generate AI-powered LinkedIn message drafts on your behalf.
To enforce usage limits based on your subscription tier.
To send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts) via Supabase Auth.
To improve the quality of draft generation over time (anonymised, aggregated patterns only — never individual messages).
We never
Send LinkedIn messages on your behalf. Every message is manually sent by you.
Sell your data to third parties.
Share your LinkedIn data with advertisers or data brokers.
Use your data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
Where data is stored
All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the EU West (Ireland) region. AI generation requests are processed via the Anthropic API (US-based). Message content sent to the Anthropic API is used solely to generate your draft and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
Data retention
LinkedIn message content: 90 days from sync date, then automatically deleted.
Prospect profile data: retained until you delete the prospect or your account.
Generation logs (tokens, cost metadata): retained for 12 months for billing and abuse prevention.
Account data: retained until you delete your account.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email support@unfairadvantage.ltd. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance.
